Hubby Socks and Grace

August 29, 2008 · 3 Comments

I finally finished hubby’s socks!  His birthday is tomorrow…and I have been knitting like a mad woman to get the second sock done in time.  So much so, that my index finger on my right hand is seriously sore, skin ripped and raw from the point of the needle.  What a girl won’t do for her love!

Happy birthday Babe!

If you are in the St Louis area, hubby produced and directed the play “Grace.”  Check out the review here!

Synopsis:
Steve and Sara, a young married couple, relocate from Minnesota to a shabby condo in Florida to pursue a hotel development deal. Their marriage and faith are challenged by seemingly random mishaps, some trivial and some torturous. Sam–their emotionally and physically scarred neighbor–resists their religious overtures but is drawn towards Sara for a healing both he and she can’t understand. The condo’s exterminator, Karl, a survivor of horrific events in World War II, inadvertently thrusts himself into the midst of this perilous love triangle, with results both hauntingly liberating and brutally vicious.
